French Roulette Quick Rules
French Roulette is a single-zero European-style roulette table that
includes the En Prison Rule. This allows players to keep half their
even-money outside bets when the spin result is a Zero (Green 0),
or take an all-or-nothing chance on the next spin.
Game Play:
Bet and Table Limits are shown in the box above the table.
Click on the table to place your bets and then click Spin.
The dealer will release the ball into the wheel and when the ball
comes to rest in a numbered slot, bets are paid according to the
following table.

Straight Up (single number) 35:1
Split (two numbers) 17:1
Row (three numbers) 11:1
Triple (three numbers) 11:1
Corner (four numbers) 8:1
Top Line (First 4 numbers: 0, 1, 2, 3) 8:1
Line (six numbers in two adjacent Rows) 5:1
Outside Bets Odds Paid
1st, 2nd or 3rd Column (12 numbers) 2:1
1st, 2nd or 3rd Dozen 2:1
Red or Black 1:1
Odd or Even 1:1
Low Half (1-18) or High Half (19-36) 1:1
Spin results are displayed in the Results Board on the left with
most recent results appearing at the bottom.
En Prison Rule
Rule applies when spin result is Zero (Green 0)
Rule applies only to even-money (1:1 odds) outside bets:
Red
Black
Even
Odd
Low (1 - 18)
High (19 - 36)
For each of these bets, player may choose to:
Surrender half the bet to the dealer immediately (and keep the
other half), or
Place the whole bet En Prison where it will await the outcome of
the next non-zero spin result.
Player may Re-Bet or add new bets to the board for the next spin
when bets are placed En Prison.
Bets selected for En Prison are moved to a special area for that
bet type (e.g. En Prison block for Red bets).
If the next result is another Zero, the En Prison bets are held
for another spin. If new bets had been placed on even-money bet
spots for that spin, then player may choose to surrender them or
add them to their respective En Prison blocks.
The first non-zero spin result will resolve all En Prison bets.
Those bets En Prison that match the spin result are returned to
the player. Those that do not are surrendered to the house.
